Mission

It’s our mission to make buying and selling quality American made goods as easy as possible, thereby increasing the number of American made retailers across the country. We do this by connecting buyers with a large group of vendors (via showrooms, social media, traditional advertising, and through our website), and decreasing time and costs for vendors to show at Americasmart and the Las Vegas Market. This frees up time and money for our vendors, and allows them to focus on their products and brand awareness. Which gives American made buyers a better selection and quality of product to shop from. Win-win!

We truly believe in the power of numbers. And that by combining our efforts and supporting one another, each of our individual business will be more successful.  

 

How it all got started...

In January 2014, Terri Schuver of Prairie Dance and Alan Yarmark of Always Azul Pottery started the Handcrafted permanent showroom at Americasmart Atlanta. By July 2014, they were joined by six additional makers.  As of October 2016, the AMC consists of 19 American makers in Atlanta and 18 makers in Las Vegas.
